Griffith Glacier

Griffith Glacier () is a tributary glacier draining westward from the California Plateau and Watson Escarpment to enter Scott Glacier between Mount McKercher and Mount Meeks. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-63. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Commander Philip G. Griffith, aircraft commander on photographic flights during Operation Deep Freeze 1966 and 1967.
